Tips for use
Use as is, ground or for chia gel: soak chia seeds in 10 volumes of water. Let stand at least 30 min and stir occasionally to avoid lumps. To enhance cereals, muesli, yogurt or salads. To make Chia fresca, a drink consumed in South America, mix water, chia seeds, lemon juice and sugar. Do not consume more than 15g/day.
